During a routine inspection

We spoke with four people about the service they received. They were happy with their care. One person told us 'It's alright here, the staff look after me'. Another person explained they had not been able to walk when they moved to the home but, with staff support, could now walk with a walking frame. One person explained that they sometimes had to wait for non urgent assistance.

During an inspection looking at part of the service

We spoke with three people who told us that they were happy with the care they received at Linden Manor. One person described the home as 'very pleasant' another person told us that she did not have to wait if she needed help from staff.

28 July 2011

During a routine inspection

Three people who live at Linden Manor told us that staff were helpful. One person said 'if I want to do anything or go anywhere staff help me.' Another person commented that are 'sometimes enough staff, sometimes not.' Another person said that sometimes they have to wait for help. We saw one person wait half an hour and another person 10 minutes for help to go to the bathroom. Four people told us that they were generally satisfied with the care they received and were happy living at Linden Manor.
