People expressed to us how much they like living in this home and the autonomy experienced. They run their own meetings and plan their own meals, they participate in activities that they like, and go on holidays to their chosen destination.

We heard how much they enjoy the benefits of living in a warm and supportive environment, where their views are valued and respected. They receive support and care that is appropriate to their need, and that is provided in a way that ensure their human rights and diversity are respected.

They like having regular staff that offer stability, continuity of care and that recognise their social and cultural diversity, values and beliefs. People find that independent living skills are encouraged and promoted by staff, and that they get the opportunities to develop these.

A person preparing the evening meal said, "Everyone here gets encouragement to improve their cooking skills, mine have improved as people living here say how much they enjoy my chicken curry".
