During a routine inspection
People told us that they had their views respected and the care was carried out in a way that each person preferred.
The staff told us they knew the people who use the service well and they had the support they needed from the agency office and the manager. They also told us they had the training they needed and they knew how to respond appropriately to protect people from the risk of harm or abuse.
People who use the service said the staff were excellent or very good and they appreciated the service. They added that the staff arrived around the time they were expected and stayed for the whole visit time and longer if needed. People said they got the help they needed with their personal care, medication and nutrition.
People told us that they knew how to complain and the agency staff responded quickly if they contacted them, but they added that they had no complaints and they could not think of anything that needed to be improved.
