During a routine inspection

Overall there was a high level of satisfaction with the services offered at The Lister Hospital Chelsea Consulting Rooms. People we talked to were satisfied with their care and treatment and very positive about the staff at this location. They felt involved with their choices about care and treatment. We did not receive any negative comments from any of the people we talked to when we visited. Surveys and patient feedback also reflect high satisfaction rates for this location.
