During a routine inspection
People told us they were able to talk about their care needs and how they wanted them met. The care plans we saw included detailed assessments of need. All of the people we spoke with told us they were satisfied with the support they had received. We saw evidence of the involvement of people receiving support in drama clubs and one person was in appropriate employment for three days each week. People told us they felt safe living in their supported accommodation. One person told us they thought the staff were "ok" and they got on well with them.
We spoke with staff, including those who had quite recently joined the staff team. They told us they had undertaken induction training which included safeguarding, health and safety and moving and handling.
People who received care and support told us they had meetings each week to discuss any issues or concerns. During our visit we saw three people who had come to talk to the manager. They appeared at ease and relaxed in their conversations.
