During a routine inspection

People using the service gave us very positive feedback about the agency. People said they felt involved in their care and staff respected their privacy and dignity. People said the agency met all their needs, staff arrived on time and never missed any calls. People told us they felt safe with the staff from the agency and the staff were well trained and competent. One person told us: "I can't praise them highly enough, I am completely happy with them." Another person said: "It's not like a business relationship, it's more like a friendship. I can't sing their praises highly enough."
