During a routine inspection
People we spoke with told us they were satisfied with the service and they felt that their dignity was respected. One person we spoke with said 'They are really good; they are really helpful' another said 'I am very pleased with them, they are friendly'. Staff we spoke with said people were treated with respect and their privacy and dignity was respected at all times.
Care workers told us the staffing levels were appropriate and staff were supported through their training. The staff we spoke with were complimentary regarding the training they had been provided with. One member of staff told us 'The training is great' another said 'It's a great place to work and train'.
We found people's care was appropriately planned and risks to people's health and safety were assessed.
We found the provider had suitable recruitment procedures in place which ensured staff employed were suitable and of good character.
Appropriate and accurate records were in place in relation to people who used the service and staff.
