During a routine inspection

As part of our review we spoke with two people and two relatives of people who are provided with care and support by the agency. All said that they or their relative are looked after well and treated with dignity and respect. For example, one relative told us care workers will ask their relative what they want to wear each morning and help them choose clothes that match and are smart. Both relatives and the people receiving care said they are involved in making decisions about the care and support received and this is personalised to their needs.

The two people we spoke to said they are happy with the service they receive and they get on well with their care workers who are kind and caring. The two relatives we spoke to were also positive about how their relative is looked after. They told us care workers are kind and gentle and provide good quality care. They said they usually have the same care workers so they and their relative have got to know them well.

None of the people we spoke to or their relatives had any concerns, worries or complaints about the care and support being provided by the agency.
