During an inspection in response to concerns

We spoke with four people who live at the home. All were pleased with the standard of care and all seemed content. People told us, 'I am very, very pleased with the place'...'The staff are lovely' they would do anything for us'....'I am happy here' and ' They are good to us' the food is lovely'. When asked about the standards of hygiene, people said, 'It is very clean, you can see for yourself' and 'Oh, yes, always clean'.
