During a routine inspection

When we arrived at Teversham Road all four people who live there were getting ready for their day. We met them all and saw how comfortable they were in their home and with the member of staff on duty. One person said 'I love it, I just love being here'. This person told us they go out and about a lot, supported by the staff. They talked about some of the places they had been to, which included Yarmouth, Wicksteed Park and to see a West End show, and said they were looking forward to going on a day trip to the Isle of Wight.

Another person said 'I'm happy here. I like it here', and a third told us everything was 'fine', and that their favourite things to do were going to the pub for 'curry and a pint' on Thursdays, and going anywhere to have a coffee and look at cars going past.

People told us they had plenty of opportunities to be involved in how the home was run.
