People's experience of this service
People and their relatives were positive about the staff team and the quality of care provided. People felt safe and were fully involved in planning their care. People were supported to be as independent as possible and to choose how they wanted to live. People received their medicines when needed, administered by staff who were trained and competent. People felt able to raise concerns when necessary and were confident action would be taken and improvements would be made. People and their relatives were given opportunities to be involved in decisions around how the service operated. We received mixed feedback around consistency of care staff, with some people telling us they were supported by a small, regular staff team who knew them well, and others telling us their support was less consistent. However, people told us this did not impact on the quality of the care they received. People and their relatives were confident in the leadership team and said they were approachable and friendly.
