During a routine inspection
Everyone we spoke with said that they were very satisfied with the care provided by the agency. They told us that their care workers were reliable, and provided all the care and support that they needed. One person said of their care worker, 'She's marvellous, she really is.' Another person told us that their care was first rate, and 'whatever needs doing she does, and she goes along with my way of doing things.'
The people we spoke with told us that they were confident that the care workers had the training and support to be able to meet their needs. They said that they were able to discuss any concerns with the manager. One person said that they could phone the Registered Manager or the acting manager at any time, and felt that they were friends.
