During an inspection in response to concerns

People told us conflicting information. Some carers and people who use the service reported they were very happy with the service they received as long as they had their regular carers. They reported the carers new their needs well and often brought brightness to their day. Other carers and people who use the service felt carers did not always know their needs and would have to be told what to do. It seemed accepted by all those spoken to carers would be on average fifteen minutes late. Some people reported staff did not turn up and when they spoke to the office they were made to feel a nuisance. Staff, carers and people who use the service reported communication with the office was poor, and there were concerns as to whether information was passed and acted on.
