During a routine inspection

People who use the service and their families told us that they participated in decisions about their care. People told us that staff treated them respectfully and were sensitive to their needs when working in their homes. They said that they were pleased with the support that they received and said they felt safe with agency staff. This included feedback from parents who said that the agency staff worked appropriately and safely with their children.

People also told us that they were able to express their views formally and informally about the quality of care and support. They said they were listened to and taken seriously. This included being able to contact the office or on call staff whenever they needed to.
