During a routine inspection
The majority of people told us that they had a set of regular care workers and that this had helped them to build up a relationship of trust with them.
Everyone told us that they had been consulted about the times of their visits.
People told us they had copies of their care plans in their home and that they had agreed the contents.
Everyone expressed satisfaction with care workers who visited them.
People said that on the whole care workers arrived on time.
