During a routine inspection
We spoke with a person using the service and they told us that staff were kind and they said, "The staff are good, it is a nice home" Another person using the service told us, 'It's very nice here' and 'The food is lovely'.
We received comments from relatives, including:
'Staff always listens and gets things done if you tell them.'
'I have been coming here for two years. My relative is generally well looked after'.
'My relative is always kept clean'.
'The home is always clean and fresh. There were some problems before, but the previous manager has left and things have improved.'
'The whole place is cleaner.'
'I have seen a lot of changes recently and the place has improved'.
We asked a member of staff how they felt about the care people using the service received they said, 'They have a good life'.
