During a routine inspection
Not all of the people we spoke with said they felt safe, one person was concerned that they could not secure their bedroom and this worried them. Another person could not come and go from the home without staff support as they could not remember the entry and exit codes.
Not all of the people we observed were treated in a way which showed respect for their dignity and privacy and we observed some staff behaving in an institutionalised way.
