During a routine inspection
Family members and friends told us that they could come and go visiting their relatives as much as they wished, that they could be involved with activities both inside and out of the home. We were told arrangements could always be made for relatives to have a meal in the home with their loved ones and drinks were always available during their visits.
Two residents of the home described staff as "smashing" and "a great bunch".
People living in the home and their relatives told us that staff listen to their views and concerns and worries.
