During a routine inspection

People living in the home said they were consulted about the care they receive at Whitby House and they receive the care, treatment and support they need. They were complimentary about the staff. One person said, 'the staff are very good, they're always very helpful and always do their best'. Another said 'the staff are very obliging' and a third person said, 'the girls are nice, I love being here'.

Visiting health professionals said that people appeared comfortable and well cared for.
