During a routine inspection

People using the service and their relatives told us that there was good communication from the staff and they were involved in the decisions made about care and treatment for their family members using the service. They said staff were friendly, caring and offered them support when needed.

People who use the service told us that 'I am happy and content living in the home, and I have no complaints', 'I feel safe and well looked after', and 'things are done as needed, any issues are listened to'.
