During an inspection in response to concerns

We spoke to a number of people who use the service and their visiting relatives. One relative described the care staff as 'lovely.' Another relative informed us 'that their loved one has taken to one member of staff, who is very kind. However, when asked about the home having the right levels of staff they informed us, that they considered the home to be 'understaffed' and because of this they believed that the standards of care had 'dropped.' A relative said 'My loved one has been here six years and the home has really gone down recently. No one has the time to talk to my loved one.'
