Thornford Park

Our rating of this key question went down we rated Caring as Requires Improvement. This was because:

• Patients on the forensic and secure wards told us that staff did not always treat them with kindness
• Patients told us the wards were difficult to relax in as they were very noisy
• Patients  reported the food was not always good quality 

However:

• Patients  on the Acute and PICU wards felt staff treated them with respect
• Staff felt able to raise concerns without being victimised
