During a routine inspection

We haven't been able to speak to people using the service because there were no patients available when we visited the clinic. We gathered evidence of people's experiences of the service by reviewing patient's satisfaction survey comment cards and the complaints log. We found that most patient were very happy with the services received at the clinic. Patient's privacy and dignity were respected and maintained.
