During an inspection in response to concerns

Generally, most users of the service were satisfied with the services being provided by Sundridge Court Nursing Home. The results of the 2010 Service User Questionnaire indicated that residents and/or their families were happy. Comments received during the visit included 'It's OK ' fine place to be', 'No complaints' and that residents' were 'well cared for'. Two negative comments were received concerning the lack of information provided to family members and the lack of stimulating activities for residents.
