During an inspection in response to concerns
We spent time indirectly observing the care people received within the communal areas of the home. People appeared relaxed and staff were observed to treat people with courtesy and respect.
We observed people being supported in making their own day to day decisions. One person was using their own personal computer, other people were spending time together in the communal areas of the service, watching TV, listening to music and chatting with staff and other people who use the service.
We saw evidence that people are involved in making improvements to the service.
