During a routine inspection

We spoke to five people who use the service and they told us that they were very happy with the care provided by staff. They told us that staff were kind, considerate and caring and always respected their right to privacy and dignity. Comments included 'I could not ask for a better service 'and 'a first rate service provided by polite, cheerful and professional staff.'

People told us that staff were professional, appeared well trained and knowledgeable and they had no issues or concerns with their general conduct and behaviour. They also told us that the agency is proactive in contacting them to make sure that they are receiving the level of care and support they require.
