During a routine inspection

People living in the home told us that they liked the home and that that staff treated them well. They said they felt listened to and respected and that they had choice in their daily activities. People thought their needs were being met and they felt safe. One person told us, "I've lived her for 10 years. Staff are very good, caring and they look after me as well as can be expected."
