During a routine inspection

We talked to six people during our inspection visit. People told us they were happy with their experiences at the centre, liked all the staff who looked after them and thought the centre was kept clean. Some comments captured from three people on the detoxification unit included, 'Staff have been great'able to talk to them', 'Been to a few [detoxification] centres'this one better'staff are down to earth'genuine'very approachable', 'Very, very good'excellent treatment here', 'If you feel poorly [nurses and support workers] come straight to you', 'Cannot complain about how I been looked after'staff are absolutely fabulous', 'My bedroom is lovely and clean' and 'Staff are brilliant, answer anything you ask'.
