People who use the service told us that they are treated with respect and are supported to make decisions about their care. We observed people were relaxed and could access communal areas. A person told us: 'I can do what I want. Staff ask me things.' We saw staff communicating with people in a respectful and sensitive manner. We noticed people knew staff on shift by name. We noted staff supporting people to make choices about what and when to eat. People's comments about the food at the home were positive. Comments we received included: 'The food is good.''I like the food. I eat anything, I am not fussy".
