During a routine inspection
All of the people that we spoke to said that they felt safe with the care workers when they visited. We were told 'Yes I do feel safe with all the staff, I would report it if I didn't'.
People who use the service all told us that they thought staffing levels were adequate, 'I always get the same one or two people come'.
