During a routine inspection
'I know that they have some details about me'
'Oh yes they are very good if they thought I needed medical attention they would talk to me and would get the Dr.' and 'We are looked after very well as far as I am concerned'
'The staff are very good they have recently cut staff but there are no concerns'
'You sometimes have to wait a while for them to come but they are busy'
'L is a beautiful cook the food is very nice'
'I can have toast, cereals tea and coffee'
People told us that they were given their medication at the right times. 'Yes we do they are very particular about medicines'.
People told us they were happy living at the home. 'I think we are very lucky, this is a lovely place'.
