During a routine inspection

People at home on the day of the inspection have communication difficulties and were not able to communicate with us verbally. However we observed them to be generally relaxed and comfortable and they appeared well looked after. Relatives told us the home has been through a very difficult period lasting for nine months and this gave them concerns and reasons for complaint. They said that the problem has now been resolved and they are again happy with the home.
