During a routine inspection

People told us that they had made positive choices about aspects of their lives and their care and support. Some people told us that they regularly visit places of interest to them and they had been supported by staff to do this. People said they enjoyed a good social life and had been supported and encouraged by staff to find meaningful employment. One person told us how they had been supported to live more independently and to move into alternative accommodation.

People said they felt safe and made positive comments about the care staff and the managers and how they had been treated with respect by them.
