During a routine inspection
Parkgate Nursing Agency only had one person that its staff were providing care to. The person's care and the two nurses providing it were under the direct instruction and supervision of the council, so the agency itself was not involved in the provision of care or the supervision of the nurses. This had been the case for sometime so it was not possible to assess the quality of care and support provided by the agency.
