During a routine inspection

People using the service provided by Trust the Process Warrington reported they were satisfied with the standard of care and treatment provided. Likewise, people spoken with confirmed they were treated well by staff and told us that staff were attentive, caring and respectful to their individual needs.

Comments received included; 'The support I have received here has been life changing'; 'I have nothing but praise for the staff of TTP. They have helped me to change my life for the better' and 'I have had addiction problems for 31 years. The care, support and counselling at this centre is very good and I now have hope for the future.'

Additional comments received from people included: 'I received information on what to expect before I came for treatment'; 'I was asked to provide feedback after my first week and completed a questionnaire' and 'I have always been treated well by the staff. The counselling is very intense but it has helped me to grow and develop.'

A range of systems had been put in place to safeguard the welfare of the people using the service and to enable people to express their views about the care, treatment and support they received.

During a routine inspection

People using the service provided by Trust the Process Warrington confirmed that they were treated well by staff and reported that staff were attentive, caring and respectful. People also reported they had received information on the service prior to and upon commencement of their individual programme and confirmed the information had been useful.

Comments received included; 'They (the counsellors) know what they are doing and we get good support'; 'The staff understand my needs as many of them have been through the process themselves and have empathy' and 'As an organisation TTP (Trust the Process Counselling Limited) deliver on what they say. They have really helped me.'

People spoken with reported that they were satisfied with the standard of care and treatment provided and were of the opinion that staff understood their needs.

Comments received included: 'The programme and the support I receive has given me peace of mind' and 'The help and support I have is saving my life and has put me on the right track.'
