All Inspections

During a routine inspection

We spoke with two people using the service during our visit. People were very complimentary about all aspects of the care they received at this service. They told us they felt involved in their care and were supported through their crises. Comments included: "You feel a little bit better each time [following a one to one crisis support session ' it's like having new batteries for the day"; "I've got a lot of respect for them 'I'd give them 10 out of 10" and 'It's the best service I've ever had'.

We found that people were involved in their care. We found that people received care that met their needs to help manage their mental health crisis. The provider cooperated with other health services, including those provided by the local NHS mental health service. The provider had appropriate arrangements in place to ensure people received their medication where appropriate and there were sufficient staff on duty to meet people's needs. The provider had appropriate systems for monitoring the quality of the service and managing risks properly. The provider responded appropriately to complaints and comments.
