During an inspection looking at part of the service
People were very pleased with the service. Comments included, "Cannot praise them high enough", "Happy with the service", and "I always know who is coming".
Care staff came at the time agreed and always stayed the time needed to give people the support they needed. People said that the service was very flexible and would change the service to meet their needs. People had regular carers and the service always rang to let them know if there was a change of care worker.
People were very happy with the quality of the staff. People also said that the service checked that they were happy with the service through visits and by telephone.
The provider had a range of systems in place to check the quality of the service. We saw that where issues were raised these were promptly addressed.
