During an inspection in response to concerns

During our visit on 14 October 2011 the people who use the service told us that they were involved in developing their 'My Working Policy' documents. They said that these documents were about them and how they would like the staff to support them with their daily activities. They also said that staff respected their human rights and they were complimentary of the care and support they received. The people we spoke with told us that their views were listened to and acted upon and they had no concerns about the quality of service provision.
