During a routine inspection

At the time of our inspection, there were no people receiving personal care in their home provided by London Health Care Agency. This meant we were unable to talk to people about their experiences of this aspect of the provider's service. The records we looked at indicated that people who used the service in the past had their needs taken into account and were able to express their wishes and views about their care and treatment.
