During an assessment under our new approach
Date of Assessment: 18 May to 1 June 2026 Right at Home U.K is a domiciliary care service registered to provide personal care to people in their own homes.
This was the first assessment of this unrated service. A comprehensive assessment was undertaken, covering all 34 quality statements across the five key questions: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-led.
Care was delivered in a consistent and person-centred way, with a clear focus on maintaining safety, dignity, and independence. There were appropriate systems, processes, and governance arrangements in place to support safe and effective care delivery. The registered manager and staff demonstrated a good understanding of their roles and responsibilities, including safeguarding, reporting, and information sharing.
The service demonstrated a proactive and preventative approach, with clear planning and oversight to manage risks and respond to changes in need. There was also evidence of a positive culture of openness, learning, and continuous improvement, which supported the delivery of good quality care.
