During an inspection looking at part of the service

The people who use the service were not all able to tell us about their experiences. We talked to two representatives of a person using the service and they told us that they had noticed a significant improvement in the quality of the service. They said " the staff are more relaxed, less rushed, there is more for people to do now."

During an inspection in response to concerns

The people who use the service were not all able to tell us about their experiences. We talked to five representatives of people who use the service and all expressed varying levels of concern about how busy the staff were and how well they were coping. Some people were very concerned that people were being left unattended for long periods with nothing to occupy them.
