During a routine inspection

'I am very positive and I look at the positive side of everybody. Care workers are friendly and supportive to my daughter; they have made friends with her. She now goes out regularly. They take her out wherever she wants to go. She can be difficult.'

'Care workers provide companionship and social contact. Sometimes we decide to go out at short notice and let the staff know. They are very good. They never charge us for the times we stop them coming.'

'They are quite good to me. We work as a team. They help me with hospital appointments, with having a bath, medical appointments, they help me explain things to the GP when I need tablets, they take me out shopping and if I want to go out they support me.'

Four people said staff who visited them were reliable, trustworthy, and maintained confidentiality.
