During a routine inspection

We spoke with two people who had used the service within recent weeks. They both told us that they were satisfied with the service they received at the clinic. They told us that they were happy with the care and treatment they had received and that they were confident that staff had a good knowledge of the treatments they provided. They told us that staff supported them well during their appointments. A person who had used the service told us 'I have been satisfied with the service from start to finish.'

People told us that they understood the care and treatment choices available to them. They told us that they had been fully involved in the decision to use the service and that they had been given enough information about the different treatments available to them. This meant that they had given their consent for treatments received. A person who had used the service told us 'Staff explained everything to me and answered any questions that I had.'

We have identified minor concerns about the management and safe storage of people's medicines. We have issued a compliance action to ensure the improvements required are made.

We spoke with three of the people who were either using the service on the day of our inspection or had used the service within recent weeks. Everyone told us that they were satisfied with the service that they received at the clinic. A person that was using the service told us, 'I'd give the service a ten out of ten from me.'

People told us that they understood the care and treatment choices available to them. They told us that they had been fully involved in the decision to use the service and that they had been given enough information about the different treatments available to them. People using the service told us, 'It was my choice which treatment I had' and 'I asked staff questions about the various treatments and they told me what I needed to know.'

People told us that they were happy with the care and treatment they had received. They told us that they were confident that staff had a good knowledge of the treatments they provided and that staff supported them well during their appointments. A person using the service told us, 'The staff are very friendly. I see the same person each time.'
