During a routine inspection

Because of people's disability we were only able to speak with three people who use the service. However we also spoke with four carers about the quality of the service they receive to support their relative.

People who use the service told us, "I get the help I need", "care workers are nice and friendly","I can choose what I want to do", "the care workers make me laugh and happy", "they (care workers) ask me what I want to do", "they talked to me about my care plan".

Carers told us, "I am more then happy with the service, they have a willingness to work with me", "service is really good, it is flexible and I have no faults with it", "I am happy with the care".

We looked at some comments received by the provider they included:

"the love, care and devotion you have shown has been overwhelming"

"as a company you must feel very proud of your team of care workers, they provide such an important life line to the real world"

"the care workers I have are excellent, they are always polite and very helpful"

"we particularly liked your insightful approach and tactful handling of situations".
