During a routine inspection

On the day of our visit there were no people with appointments at the clinic who we could speak with. However, we saw a selection of patient records and satisfaction surveys which had been undertaken by the service provider.

In the satisfaction surveys, staff were described as "Very friendly and polite" and "Fantastic". We also saw the comment "Staff made me feel very comfortable before, during and after surgery". We saw that people said they were very satisfied with the information supplied to them about their care and treatment. We saw that most people felt all their questions had been answered by the surgeon.

One person said their surgeon was "Very friendly, informative and professional". We saw that most people were very satisfied with the care provided by the surgeon and felt that their post-surgery care had been explained to them clearly and effectively.

All the records we checked indicated that people would recommend the clinic to their family and friends.
