During a routine inspection

We spoke to one person before her treatment. She told us that the procedure had been explained to her and she know what to expect. She said she felt safe and had no problems whatsoever. We did not speak to people following laser eye treatment.

We reviewed the patient feedback system and plaudits. We saw that overall, people were satisfied with their care.

We found that people were treated with dignity and respect and received care that met their needs. We found that equipment was regulalry maintained. We found that staff received induction, training and appraisal and the provider took steps to assess and monitor the quality of the service being provided.
