During a routine inspection

We talked with three people who had used the service and they were all satisfied with the treatment and service they had received. All three people told us that they had attended a consultation before their treatment and that the options available and cost of the treatments were explained in terms that they understood. They told us that they had been made aware of any risks and that they had signed a consent form before any treatment commenced. They also told us that they had been given post treatment advice. One person told us that they had been so happy with the treatment they had recommended the clinic to a friend who had then had the treatment.

We found the provider had good systems in place to provide the necessary information to people who were considering the surgery. The provider had effective systems in place to prevent and control the risk of infections. The equipment used was regularly cleaned, calibrated and serviced to ensure it was safe to use.
