During an inspection in response to concerns
People told us that they were treated with respect and that their personal care and support was provided in private, in a dignified way. We found that peoples' views and concerns were being listened to and that appropriate action had been taken to make continuous improvements wherever possible.
Human and civil rights were respected by staff who supported people to make choices and take decisions on how their care and support would be provided.
None of the people we spoke to expressed any concerns about the service and the people living in the home told us that they were satisfied with the service they received.
