People had their needs and wishes assessed and recorded in order to ensure that the home could meet their individual needs.

Each person living in the home had a detailed care plan in place that was regularly reviewed and updated to reflect their changing needs.

People were protected from risk of abuse or harm by staff having received relevant training and staff that spoke with us were aware of their responsibilities.

People were being cared for by a well-trained and well supported staff team.

There were procedures in place to assess and monitor the quality of the service being provided and people told us that they were consulted about their care.
