During a routine inspection
People told that they were happy living at the home. They felt well cared for and felt that staff provided them with the right support.
They told us that they are involved in their care plans, risk assessments and reviews. They felt their views were taken into account in relation to their care.
One person described Woburn Sands as 'a brilliant place with brilliant people'.
People told us that they felt safe and knew who to talk to if they had any concerns
